me picSarah works with students to find the most beneficial ways to work poses in their bodies; to heal and manage injuries; to strengthen in a way that supports feeling good; to help release holding patterns in the body; and begin tuning their bodies and spirits to brighter sweeter frequencies.

Trained in Forrest yoga, Sarah incorporates abs to warm up the core and support the back, re-training the neck to relax, standing pose series, and vinyasa flow in her classes. In addition to completing the Forrest Yoga Foundation Training with Ana Forrest and Guardians Talya Ring and Steve Emmerman, Sarah has completed the year-long Forrest Mentorship Program with Guardian Colleen Millen, studied & practiced Yoga for Depression with Colleen Millen, and completed Continuing Education for Teachers with Ana Forrest.

Forrest Yoga does not require strength or flexibility, it only requires that you bring a willingness to learn how to feel authentically and respond honestly -truth be told- we’re all in this together!
